Borussia Dortmund increased group revenues in the first quarter (July 1st,
- September 30th, 2012) of the fiscal year 2012/2013 by approx. 20%
compared to the previous reference report period.

According to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) the
Borussia Dortmund Group result amounted EUR 2.6 Mio. in the first quarter
(previous year EUR 4.2 Mio.). Group Revenues recorded EUR 52.0 Mio.
(previous year EUR 43.1 Mio.). Group gross revenue amounted EUR 52.7 Mio.
(previous year EUR 43.9 Mio.). Group Earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted EUR 9.8 Mio. (previous year
EUR 11.2 Mio.). Group Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) resulted in
EUR 4.2 Mio. (previous year EUR 6.5 Mio.) in the report period.

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA recorded Earnings before interest and
taxes (EBIT) in an amount of EUR 2.7 Mio. (previous year EUR 5.8 Mio.) in
the first quarter of the fiscal year 2012/2013. Earnings before taxes (EBT)
amounted EUR 3.5 Mio. (previous year EUR 6.2 Mio.) in the first quarter,
the result in the respective report period amounted EUR 3.2 Mio. (previous
year EUR 5.5 Mio.).
