SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft, Dortmund, Germany,
on September 17th, 2014 has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share in the voting
rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137
Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the thresholds of 3%
and 5% and at that day amounted to 5.43% (this corresponds to 5,000,000
voting rights), whereby SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung
Aktiengesellschaft directly holds 5.43% of the voting rights (5,000,000
voting rights) which as well entirely have to be attributed pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, on September
17th, 2014 has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its
share in the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th, 2014
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that day amounted to 5.43%
(this corresponds to 5,000,000 voting rights), further, that 5.43% (this
corresponds to 5,000,000 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting rights
have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG,
whereby 5.43% (5,000,000 voting rights) are to be attributed by the
following shareholder, whose share of the voting rights in Borussia
Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA amounts to 3% or more:

- SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.

SIGNAL IDUNA Holding Aktiengesellschaft, Dortmund, Germany, on September
17th, 2014 has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its
share in the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th, 2014
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that day amounted to 5.43%
(this corresponds to 5,000,000 voting rights), whereby 5.43% (5,000,000
voting rights) of the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and, as well, pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights which are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG are held by the following company under its control, whose share
of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA amounts to 3% or
more:

- SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.

Voting rights are to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG by the following shareholder, whose
share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA amounts to
3% or more:

- SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.

IDUNA Vereinigte Lebensversicherung aG für Handwerk, Handel und Gewerbe,
Hamburg, Germany, on September 17th, 2014 has given us notice pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of Borussia
Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany,
on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that
day amounted to 5.43% (this corresponds to 5,000,000 voting rights),
whereby 5.43% (5,000,000 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting rights
have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
and, as well, pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights which are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA each
amounts to 3% or more:

- SIGNAL IDUNA Holding Aktiengesellschaft;
- SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.

Voting rights are to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG by the following shareholder, whose
share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA amounts to
3% or more:

- SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.
