PUMA SE, Herzogenaurach, Germany, on September 16th, 2014, has given us
notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that its share in the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co.
KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th,
2014 exceeded the threshold of 3% and reached the threshold of 5% and on
that day amounted to 5% (4,600,000 voting rights).

SAPARDIS SE, Paris, France, on September 16th, 2014, has given us notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund,
Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the threshold of 3% and reached
the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 5% (4,600,000 voting
rights), whereby 5% (4,600,000 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting
rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the following company under its
control, whose share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co.
KGaA amounts to 3% or more:

- PUMA SE.

Kering S.A., Paris, France, on September 16th, 2014, has given us notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund,
Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the threshold of 3% and reached
the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 5% (4,600,000 voting
rights), whereby 5% (4,600,000 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting
rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies under
its control, whose share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH &
Co. KGaA each amounts to 3% or more:

- SAPARDIS SE;
- PUMA SE.

pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund,
Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the threshold of 3% and reached
the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 5% (4,600,000 voting
rights), whereby 5% (4,600,000 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting
rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies under
its control, whose share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH &
Co. KGaA each amounts to 3% or more:

- Kering S.A.;
- SAPARDIS SE;
- PUMA SE.

Financière Pinault S.C.A., Paris, France, on September 16th, 2014, has
given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the
voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209,
44137 Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the threshold of
3% and reached the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 5%
(4,600,000 voting rights), whereby 5% (4,600,000 voting rights) of the
aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the
following companies under its control, whose share of the voting rights in
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA each amounts to 3% or more:

- Artémis S.A.;
- Kering S.A.;
- SAPARDIS SE;
- PUMA SE.

Mr. François Henri Joseph Pinault, France, and Mr. François Jean-Henri
Pinault, France, (the 'Members of the Pinault Family') have given us notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that each of its share in the voting
rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137
Dortmund, Germany, on September 15th, 2014 exceeded the threshold of 3% and
reached the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 5% (4,600,000
voting rights), whereby all 5% (4,600,000 voting rights) of the
aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed to each of the Members
of the Pinault Family pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies under control
of each of the Members of the Pinault Family, whose share of the voting
rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA each amounts to 3% or more:

- Financière Pinault S.C.A.;
- Artémis S.A.;
- Kering S.A.;
- SAPARDIS SE;
- PUMA SE.
