BlueBay Asset Management plc., London, United Kingdom, and BlueBay Value
Recovery (Master) Fund Limited, George Town, Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands),
on November 3rd, 2008 have given us notice pursuant to article 21 section
(1) and article 22 section (1) sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) that:

1.) The share of BlueBay Asset Management plc., London, United Kingdom, in
the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Dortmund, Germany,
on October 14th, 2008 fell below the threshold of 10% and at that day
amounted to 9,98 % (6,127.176 shares). The voting rights were in their
entirety attributable to the company pursuant to article 22 section (1)
sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG and were held by the following company, which
exceeded the threshold of 3%: BlueBay Value Recovery (Master) Fund Limited.

2.) The share of BlueBay Value Recovery (Master) Fund Limited, George Town,
Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands), in the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund
GmbH & Co. KGaA, Dortmund, Germany, on October 14th, 2008 fell below the
threshold of 10% and at that day amounted to 9,98 % (6,127.176 shares).
