Odey Asset Management LLP, London, United Kingdom, on March 26th, 2014 has
given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) that its share in the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund
GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, on March
21st, 2014 exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that day amounted to
5.06% (this corresponds to 3,108,915 voting rights), whereby 0.68% (this
corresponds to 415,198 voting rights) of the aforementioned voting rights
have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
