Borussia Dortmund has been admitted to 'Prime Standard'

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA (hereinafter "Borussia Dortmund") today
received admission to the "Prime Standard" of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
by Deutsche Börse AG. The admission shall become effective from May 30th,
2014 on.

With the change from the General Standard to the Prime Standard and through
compliance with the highest transparency requirements Borussia Dortmund
intends to increase the attractiveness of the BVB share (ISIN DE0005493092
/ WKN 549309), to strengthen the confidence placed in it and to gain a
still higher level of attention vis-à-vis private and institutional
investors.

Borussia Dortmund thus fulfills one of the requirements for being included
in one of the selective indices of Deutsche Börse AG.
