The Bankhaus Lampe KG, Düsseldorf, has published a research update dated
October 08th, 2010, and has issued again an 'Hold' recommendation.

Borussia Dortmund records sporting success which is however combined - as
hitherto - with a moderate investment policy. The qualification for the
UEFA Europa League drives the company's revenues. As a result of one can
expect that the company will be in the black in the next two fiscal years.
