The Executive Committee of the Advisory Board of Borussia Dortmund Geschäftsführungs- GmbH has prematurely renewed the employment contract of the CFO Thomas Treß. The employment contract that was due to expire on December 31st, 2011 was renewed until June 30th, 2014.
Thomas Treß remains as hitherto responsible for the business divisions 'Finance' and 'Organisation'.
He is exempted from the restrictions of § 181 BGB (German Civil Code).
