The Executive Committee of the Advisory Board of Borussia Dortmund Geschäftsführungs-GmbH has extended the contract of the CFO Thomas Treß. The contract that was due to expire on December 31st 2008 was extended by three years until December 31st 2011. Thomas Treß remains as hitherto responsible for the business divisions 'Finance' and 'Organisation'.
He is exempted from the restrictions of § 181 BGB (German Civil Code).
