Borussia Dortmund continues to grow.
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA recorded Earnings before taxes in an amount of EUR 9.4 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 17.5 Mio.) in the single first half-year statement of the fiscal year 2013/2014 (01.07.2013 - 31.12.2013). According to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) the Borussia Dortmund Group profit amounted EUR 8.2 Mio in the report period, a decrease by EUR 6.0 Mio. compared to the previous first half-year. Group revenues increased by EUR 10.7 Mio. or 8.5 % compared to the previous first half year to an amount of EUR 136.6 Mio.
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA recorded in the first half of the fiscal year 2013/2014 earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) in an amount of EUR 6.4 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 15.2). Earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted EUR 9.4 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 17.5 Mio.) and the semi-annual result amounted EUR 7.9 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 15.4 Mio.) in the report period.
According to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) the Borussia Dortmund Group profit amounted EUR 8.2 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 14.2 Mio.) in the first half-year 2013/2014. Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted EUR 26.7 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 30.4 Mio.). Group Earnings before taxes and interest (EBIT) were EUR 11.6 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 19.0 Mio.). Group revenues amounted EUR 136.6 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 125.9 Mio.).
Personnel expenses changed to EUR 52.2 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 44.5 Mio.). Depreciation and amortization resulted in EUR 15.1 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 11.4 Mio.). Other operating expenses amounted EUR 48.0 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR 42.9 Mio.) in the report period. The financial result amounted unchanged EUR -1.9 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR -2.4 Mio.), the tax result amounted EUR -1.4 Mio. (previous first half-year EUR -2.4 Mio.).
