KGaA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the District Court ( Amtsgericht ) Dortmund has appointed Mr. Matthias Bäumer, General Manager Business Unit Teamsport at PUMA SE, Herzogenaurach, as a new member of the Company's Supervisory Board until the election of a new Supervisory Board member by the Company's Annual General Meeting.
The court appointment of the new Supervisory Board member was made against the background of the resignation of Mr. Bjørn Gulden with effect from the end of December 31, 2022 (see Corporate News of November 17, 2022).
