The annual general shareholders meeting of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA on November 25th, 2019 has resolved the proposal of appropriation of net profits for the fiscal year 2018/2019 and has among others decided to pay a dividend in an amount of 0,06 EUR per share.
